Search engines

There is a new search engine powered by humans - chacha. You can even have a chat to them, so if you are looking to talk to someone or just try it by typing a term. My colleagues at work already poked fun at it with search topics, such as 'what are you wearing?' , among other things you can think of. Sometimes it is a little slow but it is something different.

But the just in the news, is that wikipedia has plans for their own search engine to rival Google and Yahoo. I am a big fan of wikipedia and it is always up-to-date and free on-line source of information on just about anything you can think of. Most search engine these days are full of ads and irrelevant information so I look forward to wikiasari.
