Out-of-spica

Alannah's plaster, technically known as spica, was removed last Tuesday. It seems the left hip is still a little tender as mobility is a little limited. She is now wearing a brace on her hip that still keeps the legs in the same position but there is now flexibility and it is removeable. The doctor's advise is to have it on 24x7 only to be removed when changing or bathing.
