Summer break

We went for a short break in Anglesea, spending 3 days near the beach. Alannah is a little troublesome as we had some dramas. She fell off the bed landing head first from jumping, she slipped and fell at the deep end of the pool, and she doesn't like the wind and sand and heat when we walked down the beach. Maybe she was just excited..

We already had a buyer for the Cruze the day before we left for Anglesea so we took the car for one last holiday and the buyer picked it up yesterday. Since we talked about selling the Cruze, Alannah has become a car nut. Every car on the road gets interrogated if it looks interesting to her.

We picked up the new 2006 Ford Focus today and she now sits in the center at the back and can see the road. She reckons she wants a hot pink bimmer. Here are two pics of our new car but I borrowed them from the Wheels mag - it was a finalist for the COTY 2005 and this is the same CL model with the 'Smooth' pack - alloy wheels, etc.
